Why was the move to UPN 'dramatic'?
The show was produced at Twentieth Television. Fox dramatically raised the
per-episode license fee after Season 5. The WB wasn't willing to pay it and
dramatically cancelled it. UPN, desperate for viewers, dramatically
ordered the show back into production.
