That is the only potentially good program: remember that the
mass media machine constantly presently covid as a mere "white problem",
and daily repeated the deadly lie that only whites were skeptical
or opponents of covid vaccines. Hypothetically this $600,000 could
have helped counter the media's assertion that covid was a mere
proxy war between liberal and conservative whites.

Of course, how it actually worked out are details not
revealed: even though this says what the funds are for and
ata university, it might have been simply been handed over to
an activist group to do the opposite of what the grant is for,
since the grants system has done this so often.

Obviously, the grants system should be under continual
audit, just like the Defense Department.
