Bitrate matters!
So do players that are capable of displaying bit rate
while playing, Sony Blu-ray players, for example. It's
true that showing a high bit rate does not mean it wasn't
derived from a low bitrate source, but a low bitrate
always means a low bitrate.
("bitrate", "bit rate" and "bit-rate", is the same word!)
