It’s a disgrace that SCOTUS had to take this case, the correct result being so
blindingly obvious.
The 6th Circuit put a higher burden of proof on one class of plaintiffs
versus another for a law whose plain language implements the
Constitution's colorblind language? Can't blame Congress for this one.
