With regards to Season 3, I've seen offers for Season 3 on BluRay but
when you look at the reviews, every single one of them says the disks
don't play properly and one says that it's a Chinese-made edition of the
show which may explain the (apparent) quality issues.

 I don't think an official version of season 3 is on disk.  My brother
purchased the first two seasons and said he couldnt find it.  Of course it's
on Hulu still I believe and you could always download it and burn your own.

That's definitely my backup plan if they don't finally release a disk. My first choice would be to buy a disk just to support the show and make it a tiny bit more likely that it gets renewed.
