Yesterday was my "work-from-home day", and I mostly did work, so I didn't get through anything but soaps:
soaps: DOOL - Tue's(?) ep. Note: I am SUPER pissed, as it seems like they're writing out Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) again in a few days, and she's maybe my favorite character... >:E Jada tells Rafe the truth about her affair with Shawn, and Rafe takes it like the jerk you'd expect him to be about it. Belle tries to get EJ to incriminate himself, but he figures out she's wearing a wire - so I think they're done. Kristen (bitch!) tries to "console" Brady, who tells her that he and Ava broke up, and she tells Brady that EJ kidnapped her mom - I'm not even sure what the upshot of this convo was... And - would they just kill John off already?!! Steve and Marlena are worried they've found dead John, but it's just some colleague of John's who gives them a cryptic clue before dying. Orpheus (hate 'im!!) gets the jump on Andrew and is about to kill him when Paul busts in and shoots Orpheus - it's not clear to me whether Orpheus is going to die too or not.
GH - Wed's ep. A terrible follow-up to Monday's ep (after the misfire of Tue's 62nd anniversary ep) as there was no immediate follow-up! It's now some time later, and we're already to Emma's arraignment (after her arrest on Monday), and the only follow up we get on Ric and Lizzie after the accident is via dialogue (and I'm not even sure they said what happened to Ric!!)... Otherwise, not much happened. Emma is arraigned, and Tracy manages to get the main charges against Emma dropped - but Emma still has to do community service, and cannot tell Anna what she was arrested for previously as she signed an NDA. Carly and NuJack Brennan are all lovey-dovey [puke!]; later, Brennan informs Sonny about the death of the assassin that Sonny and Jason accidentally killed (IOW, Sonny already knew!). The creepy guy that I think is the one trying to kill Sonny arrives in Port Charles looking for a lawyer job with Diane and Alexis (Alexis wasn't in this ep), and later meets up with Lucas. Jenz Sidwell gets the Deception gals to agree to his minerals deal; later, he rather violently threatens Natalia, when Sonny shows up on Sidwell's doorstep.
I also put a Warriors-Lakers game on in the background in the evening while I did work - the Warriors pulled it out after letting the Lakers back into the game in the 4th quarter. Which is my problem with NBA games - inevitably, the only quarter that even matters is the last one of the game.
