I did. It got better. And no, the season finale added some information
to the main mystery but left one main character bleeding out and a
second possibly infected with a neurotoxin (and a third recovering in a
hospital bed).
The viewers got screwed.

That show never addressed unresolved plot threads. Every episode was
another retcon.
