What does the monologue on Paramount+ say? I have ST:TOS in the enhanced
version but it still has the original monologue.
First, it’s not “enhanced“ it’s “vandalized“
 :-)
Actually, I liked the enhanced/vandalized version. They did a better job on the shots that happen in space. I also appreciated that they restored the short and arguably unimportant scenes that had been cut over the years to enable them to show ever more commercials.
I no longer have Paramount+ but if I understand the Shat correctly, they’ve
just garbled the audio in the opening so you can’t tell what he says. It’s
no worse than making the gold shirts green or the terrible low end CGI
video game effects.

If that's what they did, it's truly weird. Change it or leave it alone but to just bury it in noise or mute it is hideous. Mind you, it would be on par with the behaviour of all the "activists" who love to shout over anyone they disagree with rather than letting them say their piece and then perhaps debating with them. But the "activists" don't want anyone hearing anything that their masters haven't endorsed and probably don't have substantive arguments anyway, so they just shout over those that aren't sufficiently enthusiastic about "progressive" ideology.

Is it "to boldly go where no ONE has gone before" or have they gone
full-woke to the point where they list *all* the imaginary genders?
