I still have been unable to watch this. I'm guessing it's been locked up
by Starz for a long time, and then knowing them they'll probably send it
to Netflix first.

Agreed.
Until then, there's always the upcoming Ballerina to help tide things over.
While they show John Wick in the trailer I'll be surprised if he shows
up for more than a couple of minutes.
