was certainly different from slavery in that slavery was for life unless
your owner freed you and that slaves could be inherited.

telling Sante Quebec (Health Quebec in French) that they are violating
the human rights of doctors by forcing them to practice in the public
sector for 5 years whether they like it or not.

 Hell, we let in medical practitioners from Pakistan that don’t even know
the English names for the drugs. I can’t imagine we wouldn’t let in
Canadians.

I wonder how Quebec will react when suddenly no one is going to medical school in Quebec due to these new requirements? I'm guessing they find that they have to pay a salary comparable to what private practitioners are getting....
