Uber charged a woman $789 for a trip of 0.03km (100 ft.) in a town she'd

A bank isn't evil?
I wish they had explained that. Normally, the bank's posture on this would be "it wasn't our fault so we're not making this right". I'd love to know what made them change their minds in this case.

By the way, the town she allegedly visited is spelled "Curtis" in the
subtitles but should be spelled "Courtice" (it is *pronounced* the same
as "Curtis"). Courtice is close to Mosport, a major race track I have
visited a number of times in my yout'.
