It's remarkable that a French philosopher who has written about this
theory was banned from Britain the same week many hundreds of foreigners
entered Britain illegally via its open borders. Keir Starmer accuses the
previous Conservative government of planning this open borders approach
yet does nothing about it now that he is in power.

I'm at a loss as to how the government of an aging society can force
young adults to have sex, have babies, and give them good childhoods.
