Maybe I don't understand, but it seems relevant that Lincoln's banner
didn't go up while he was in office (and threatening his term-limits).

What's relevant is that the USDA is celebrating a major anniversary and is
hanging banners to commemorate its founding (by Lincoln) to the present.

Nothing sinister about it. If its anniversary had fallen last year, that'd be
a big picture of Biden's head hanging between the columns.
