Part of the issue is that the actress has zero charisma.  She's just unlikable. 
Another issue is that the character Ironheart was literally created as a DEI
addition in the comics.  Everyone is just sick of Disney's nonsense at this point.

All I remember from her in Wakanda Forever is that she threatens a student at MIT
and complains about Beauty and the Beast being a Stockholm Syndrome movie.
