The video won't load for me. It just plays a breast cancer ad, then gives me a
spinning wheel.
 
However at a guess, maybe the cop was aiming for some miscreant near or behind
her and missed. Or maybe he's an asshole who should be brought up on charges.

Stewart includes some video of  ICE bringing in some deadly
individuals. Setting quotas of 3000 a day is clearly going to move ICE
from removing criminals from the country to removing any undocumented
individual they can find.

Which is fine. They're all illegal aliens and that's the penalty for being
an illegal alien.

I wonder what would happen if a bunch of 'undocumented' Americans all
swarmed the Plaza de la Constitución in Mexico City, waving American flags
and setting cars on fire and hurling rocks at the heads of cops. How long
do you think the Mexican government would put up with that before putting
those Americans down hard?
