Isn't someone previously deported instantly deportable if found in the
country even if he's lived the life of an angel and not subsequently
been convicted of anything other than being in the country
illegally?!?

Of course. That's what the law says but according to moviePig, we're not
supposed to enforce the law, even against violent psychopaths, because
doing so might 'trap' a Democrat politician into defending them, which
would make them look like clowns.
