Fringe S4E17 'Everything in Its Right Place'
IMDb sez: "Lincoln travels to the other side to join forces with
Faulivia and his own alternate, as they search for a vigilante with a
surprising connection to the shapeshifters."

The glyphs for this episode spell out: DREAM
Another noticeable difference between the universes is pointed out when
Lincoln mentions Batman to AltLicoln and AltOlivia who tell him that
their version of the billionaire crime fighter is Mantis. Despite the
cover of The Dark Knight comic that was previously displayed in Peter's
New York apartment.
In the parking lot attack scene in the alternate universe, there is a
sign that says "USSR." In our universe, the USSR was officially
dissolved in 1991, adding to the list of things which are different
"over there."
This is listed as a "Revealing Mistake": "In this episode, on the other
side, they don't know who Batman is, and instead Batman is known as
Mantis. But in the season finale of Season 2, when Olivia, and William
Bell are shooting at the Fringe Division from the other side, right
before they switch Olivia's, there is a movie theater across the street
with a lot of different movie titles, one of which is titled 'Superman
VS Batman 2'."
But the movie was in an earlier timeline.  When Peter linked the two and
disappeared new timelines were created in both universes, so The Mantis
could have replaced Batman in the new timeline.  (Confused yet?)


Fringe S4E18 'The Consultant'
IMDb sez: "Deaths appear to be happening simultaneously between
universes - violent deaths in one universe cause the same violent deaths
of the victims' alternates in the other. The two universes work together
to solve the case: in light of recent events, Lincoln has opted to
remain in the alternate universe with Fauxlivia for the present, and
Walter joins them to assist in the investigation on that side as Peter
and Olivia investigate in their universe. Astrid and Alt-Astrid bond
while working together at their impromptu communications hub. Meanwhile,
Fauxlivia continues her mole hunt with renewed vigor."

While listening to the satellite transmissions from the plane. JFK
Airport is still known as Idlewild.
Domesticated badgers are a common pet in the RED universe. Walter
delights in that fact when he sees "badger food" as a common pet food in
a grocery store.
Another difference between the two universes, Sherlock Holmes is unknown
or at least not widely known in the USA.
