Fringe S5E04 'The Bullet That Saved the World'

When Astrid contacts the team reporting delays in retrieving the next tape due to ignitable containers in its close vicinity, Walter immediately retorts by intentionally misnaming her Abner, demanding explanations. Turns out it was all due to Walter's misconduct and he assumes an apologetic stance.
PLOT HOLE!
When Walter, Peter and Olivia try to blow up the supply line from future Observers to "now," they aim to turn the wormhole into a black hole to wreak havoc on the other side of their supply line, expecting it to take the Observers years to recover. Since Observers in the future DO control time travel, nothing would prevent them from opening another supply line after those years of recovery into the very same moment in 2036, making the entire plan of shutting down the supply line ineffective.  (Oops.)
Peter Bishop: We have this opportunity NOW.
Olivia Dunham: Yeah, but what about Walter's plan? We... we have a mission. This could put that in jeopardy.
Peter Bishop: I'm not doubting Walter's plan, but what do we have? Pieces we don't know how to put together. A scroll with physics we can't decipher, a thought unifier that doesn't work, and a box of rocks from a mine. That's what our daughter died for so far.
Anil: That's it. That's the cold stare I know and love. You dead fish.
Captive Observer: You think the black over your head is dark skies when it is really our shoe.
Peter Bishop: You're not the only one with a skill for reading people.
Fringe S5E06 'Through the Looking Glass and What Walter Found There'

The team retrieves another cassette tape from the amber. With Nina Sharp's help, the team recovers 2 cylinders. While Peter works independently to score a minor victory against the Observers, Olivia ascertains Peter's secret.

The team breaks into a Kelvin Genetics lab. 'Kelvin' is a name featured in many J.J. Abrams productions, because Kelvin was the surname of his maternal grandfather.
As a continuation of the series in-joke, Walter (John Noble) calls Astrid (Jasika Nicole) "Agnes."
