How would license plate data prove aiding and abetting? Unless there's some
other testimonial evidence to go with it, all it proves is that a car with
Texas plates traveled to Illinois. It proves nothing about the purpose for the
travel.

Americans have long had the right to write anonymously. Age verification
removes anonymity.
