Heads of State

New from Amazon, we have John Sena and Idris Elba headlining an action-comedy. Sena plays new American President Will Derringer while Elba is the Prime Minister of the UK. President Derringer is a Schwartzenegger-style movie star renowned for his action movies and Elba doesn't much like him but circumstances - the shooting down of Air Force One over Belarus - force them to work together and to try to save NATO. There's also a romantic subplot between the Prime Minister and a woman from his past.
I won't spoil any more of the plot. Suffice it to say that there's lot of shootin' and killin' to keep us engaged and a fair number of puns. It's not going to win any awards for realism but I enjoyed myself and I think you will too.
IMDB gives it 6.5 but I think it deserves higher.
