Yeah, I don't get that. I remember changing out the bagged milk in the
milk machine in the cafeteria I worked in but that had a special tube
and lever. But to just use a 1 gallon bag of milk in a home kitchen
without specially-designed equipment? Yes, I'd expect to create a major
spill too.
