        Apparently we were all hallucinating that the epidemic of male sexual

    really those horrible native German citizens who are assaulting the poor

    Well, if it's true that they honestly don't know that violently raping women
  is wrong, if that's their cultural norm, then my position as a German
citizen
  would be to STOP LETTING PEOPLE WHO HOLD THOSE VALUES INTO MY COUNTRY BY THE

    How about we try that for a while and see how it works?
   

If I was running Germany, I'd make it a condition for admission to the
country, even as a refugee, that someone sit down with them and explain
(via an interpreter) that it is extremely offensive to German society to
molest women, describing all the different forms of molestation, and
that there will be major specified consequences if they do. Make sure
they repeat a detailed acknowledgement to that fact in their own
language, record it, and archive it, all keyed on their fingerprints or
other biometric. If they've done that - and satisfied all the other
rules for entry into Germany - they can come into Germany.

 As I said before, none of that is really needed, at least right now. Germany
(like France and England and Ireland and Sweden and Norway), already has far
too many 3rd-world immigrants as it stands. It's crushing their society,
bankrupting their health care and welfare systems and bringing in a culture
that's antithetical to (and incompatible with) Western values.
 So just stop importing people. Close the borders to immigrants for the next 10
years, then reevaluate and maybe open back up with the rules you suggest.
 

Germany never saw itself as a country that took in significant number of immigrants. (They *did* take in some ethnic Germans who had been living elsewhere, in some cases for centuries, like the Volga Germans from Russia who had been persuaded to come to Russia by Peter The Great in the early 1700s.) I've seen videos as recently as 10/15 years ago were ordinary Germans said - without apparently fear of contradiction - that "we're not an immigration country like Canada or Australia".
That all changed under Angela Merkel when she decided to accept mass immigration back in the mid 2010s. I would think that reverting back to their old policies would not get a whole lot of pushback from German voters.

If, at some future time, they are implicated in some kind of
molestation, whether it is pulling down a woman's swimsuit in the pool
or rape or anything else, their recording can be vital evidence in court
showing that they DID know that these behaviours were not cool and went
ahead anyway. Then they can be imprisoned and/or deported and no one can
play the "poor little lamb just didn't know it was wrong" card.
