Are the stores recording the complete information on the ID
or are they simply checking the age on the card visually?

there's a hefy data mining industry that looks at those cards
and tracks your info...

Yeah, if it's just you flashing it at a checkout counter
worker and paying in cash, then no.  But if you're swiping
it at a bar...
