First, we have ponies. I watched two more episodes of My Little Pony:
Friendship Is Magic.

S09:E14 - The Last Laugh

Pinky Pie tries to help Cheese Sandwich, who has lost his sense of
humor. This was a pretty straightforward episode. I liked that Sans
Smirk, despite being completely unfunny, is not a bad guy and is not the
cause of Cheese's problem. Cheese and Sans can combine their two dreams
into a bigger shared one, as long as both are getting what they need.


S09:E15 - 2,4,6, Greaaat

Rainbow Dash is asked to coach the cheerleading squad, as opposed to the
buckball team, and she is offended. I'm getting tired of Rainbow Dash's
crap. She brags more than Trixie on stage, and nobody ever calls her on
it. There was a lot of good humor, though.


I also watched a documentary about possible civilizations millions of
years ago.

I suppose it was suggested because of my interest in mainstream
prehistory. It started as a fairly serious look at the possibility, then
swerved off into a less-than-entirely-supported scenario of advanced
interstellar travel. I bailed out after a little over an hour.
