You've just condemned people with jobs who are providing for their

responsible adults who contribute far more than those born here who are

Once again I thank my past self for deciding to live in a city adjacent to

You don't live in a different economy. Paying people not to work who had
been working, contributing productively to the economy and providing for
their families, is economically inefficient and economically harmful. In
macroeconomics, there's no such thing as harm adjacent.
