You've just condemned people with jobs who are providing for their
families who are now on welfare because of Trump's policies.
Trump's not giving them free cash. If Bass wasn't doing that, they'd
presumably still be going to work, no matter how scared they are.
We've heard these stories all over the country that ICE picks up workers
at work, discouraging other workers from working. It has nothing to do
with putting workers on welfare to help them hide from La Migra.
These are responsible adults who contribute far more than those born here who
are on welfare.
Not once you factor in the free cradle-to-grave health care Newsom has given
them. Illegals are costing California far more than they're contributing in
tax revenue.
I oppose welfare benefits. They don't immigrate to receive welfare
benefits. There is no reason to give them welfare benefits.
You failed to dispute my statement that they are responsible adults for
having jobs.
Do you listen to yourself? If they are productive, keep 'em.
Nope. Even the 'productive' ones are sending the majority of what they make
back to their home countries. They're contributing, sure, but not to the U.S.
I don't see how it's your place to approve of how and where they support
their families.
You're the one saying they should be shielded from enforcement because of
their productivity. That makes the question of who benefits from that
productivity relevant.
If the family didn't immigrate, given your opposition to
immigration, why would you of all people disapprove?
I only make exceptions for the hot latina girls. They get a path to
citizenship.
Yeah yeah yeah. She's also a cop with a gun and quite capable of keeping
you in line.
Well, that one's a citizen, so she's not really part of this equation.
Speaking of which, she's probably running for mayor of Chicago, a first-
generation Mexican ethnic born here. She's state comptroller. Her job
is literally criticizing state spending and the lies about balanced
budgets. She routinely criticized Brandon Johnson.
She's a normal politician who doesn't come off as a Commie in any way.
Can we get your endorsement of Suzana Mendoza?

Good thing she's a citizen. I don't know that she meets the hotness quotient.
Once again I thank my past self for deciding to live in a city adjacent
to L.A. rather than L.A. itself when I first moved here. At least this
communist asshole isn't handing out gift cards full of *my* tax money
to illegals.

You don't live in a different economy. Paying people not to work who had
been working, contributing productively to the economy and providing for
their families, is economically inefficient and economically harmful.
And working jobs that could/should go to American citizens.
We don't have people unemployed for that reason. There are lots of jobs
going unfilled.
