What Cursitor Doom is saying is that Donald Trump resents being prosecuted for his crimes - this isn't a business-like attitude, rather criminal vengeange-seeking.
It makes for the kind of exciting drama that Cursiotr Doom relishes - he doesn't live in the US and isn't going to be at risk from Donald Trump's uninhibited resentments - but he should have enough sense to realise that this isn't a good way to run a country.
What came up on the news tonight is that Matt Gaetz is resentful about being charged with procuring under-aged girls for his own sexual gratification. The case is still active, and even a Republican Senate may have doubts about confirming him as AG.
