I need to switch about 1 amp at up to 80 volts into a resistive load,
preferably logic level gate, and board area is critical. A dpak is
kinda big. I wish some SOT23 could do it
I don't understand why anyone would bother to make a mosfet for 3
cents, or a diode for 1 cent, or a resistor for a tenth of a cent.
AOSS62934 - SOT-23, 100V, 2A, 0.12 ohm, 250pF, 1.8nC(4.5V).
Not specifically logic level though.
Can you receive FedEx or USPS or UPS shipments? I could send you parts
now and then.
