I want a circuit that will load a power rail if the voltage goes above
50, and it should current limit.
This looks OK. I'll use some cheap dual opamp in real iife.

basically stops. Gear integration fixes that.
I could add one resistor to force the fet gate voltage to truly zero
quiescently.
