Do the bottom two ("identical") boxes look familiar enough
to anyone to suggest a make/model?

This looks odd; optical *multiple* spindle server (instead of a single
spindle jukebox)?
I'm going to have to have a talk with staff about getting better
(higher resolution, better focus) photos posted...
