I was thinking about IXDI602. It's a schmitt inverter so would
oscillate easily. We stock the IXDN602, and I could add a tiny schmitt
gate oscillator to it. Or even a sot-23 MEMS oscillator.
One IXD could do half or full bridge. Brutes.
