Iran is benefiting from it also. They've got all sorts of missiles to test. Last time, for response to terror attack in Kerman, they successfully tested two new mid-ranged missiles and several drones.
Who's going to be at the receiving end this time, is still a pleasant guess :-) Definitely though, whatever Jeyshol Adl has built around Iran as a fix base, are among sure targets. Other than that, I'd think Azerbaijan's American bases will be included. At least one of them. They're getting rude there, inciting the public to help encourage Iranian Azerbaijan province to join them. I think the opposite will eventually happen. Azerbaijan, all of it, both the present bogus Azerbaijan Republic and the Iranian Azerbaijan province have always been part of Iran. Same with Kords. In time, every kord part in the reqion will become part of Iran, just like it has been for millennia. Nothing can stop that. The bullshit oil companies invented in 1930s as "borders" will all, in time, disappear. Nothing can stop that.
Jeyshol Adl is one of the organizations that are supported by you Americans' money and helped locally by the Israeli government with intelligence and information, charging you Americans an arm and a leg for each literal fart they let go into the air there, categorizing it as, "part of operation to fight the enemy". Just like the ISIS right now. So hitting those bases in Azerbaijan and the Jeyshol Adl, both, are indeed hitting the main culprit, Last time the brief operation was limited to ISIS bases and a Mossad one not that far from Iranian border among Kords. The latter is leveled right now :)
And some time before that, when those Kords, supporting by you, began conducting terrorist attacks inside Iran, the response tested three different new missiles and killed the entire group heading that organization.

I'm glad I have lived to see at least the beginning of it. It could've easily happened way later, way after I could still have a chance to observe it. I had underestimated the speed with which it would proceed. The acceleration of it also accelerated, damn.
