Looks like the militia's successful so-called "358" type design has had interesting aftermath :-)
Today they unveiled a similar type weapon but for ground targets. It borrows some features from Russians' Lancets, but it is otherwise a "358" type hybrid. It can loiter, then hits smaller targets on the ground. It is much cheaper than Shaheds. So it is the ground to ground version of "358", the latter being ground to air missiles.
The body is outwardly similar to "358" but the fins are very different, almost like those of the Lancets. So it brings together the positive features of lancets and the "358" into itself. It doesn't have a name yet. Neither does the "358".

It is for destroying or putting out of work smaller targets than Shaheds are designed for, but without spending too much. Russian Lancets, although quite successful, failed to disable every tank that they hit. Most of the time they put the tank out of order but not always. I think this one that militia has built will knock them useless all the time.
So they may be something in between a Lancet and a Shahed in destruction power. And yet cheap. More will soon come out of course. And that means when Lebanese and Yemeni militias begin using them on your cohorts there.
Cheap is the key! Just like Iran's trashing of your $2 Billion within just four hours, using only $14 Million max. Some say the actual expense was $8 million cause the $14 Million figure came from the cost of the most advanced version of those old missiles used.
Cheap and effective, wins against Satanic designs, cause such designs aren't for defense only, but to also reap off.
This new one is yet to prove itself to be considered another Jewel.
Also it's worth mentioning that after the Iranians' missile attack on Israeli military targets, a whole bunch of additional countries around the world have joined in ordering such weapons. A Kuwaiti news outlet (Aljaridah) says they've increased their purchase orders dramatically after that night, and that they know of another 15 countries who have placed far more orders than Iran could meet the demand quickly.
So no wonder Iran seems to be shifting towards smaller, cheaper, and faster to make devices. They want to sell them! :) And they want to be able to meed the demand. You cannot create 3000 kheybarshekans a day for your customers even if you hire NASA for it, but you can sure do that if your customers want these "358" or this newer surface to surface version of it, sold much, much cheaper.
There was a big boom selling Shaheds and other drones already before that fateful night. Now it has gotten on another level. The Kuwaiti news says they doubt Iran could meet the demand, but we'll see.
And curious as it is, it is only the militia's products that are being sold to other governments around the world. The military stuff aren't among them, probably for "security" reasons :) Hehe :) See, the military industrial complex in Iran doesn't own the government like their American counterpart do here. So they cannot have government in Iran allow or order them to sell to foreign nations.
But the militia can do anything they want. They don't believe in "secret" work anyway. They believe in effectiveness. "358" is damn effective even after you stole several shipments of them en route to Yemen. Your cro-magnon fucking "secrecy" trait wouldn't do that. Effectiveness would, and did. It still brings down your expensive stuff. So is H-bombs. If they deem necessary to build them, they just build them right in your unsightly cro-magnon faces. They're no obsolete "military" system taking orders from some sane or insane lazy mortals. They do what they think they should. If other institutions in Iran object to that, they convince them and gain their agreement. Fraud, treason, bullying, nothing works against the militia. Only reason works with them, and by the time they want to do something they've got enough reasons for doing it and convince any other Iranian that it must get done.
Same Kuwaiti news also says Iran has turned some of the orders down. It doesn't give a definitive reason why (they guess demand is overwhelming for the militia). My guess is they wanted things like Kheybarshekans and other ones at that scale that have maneuverability added to them, and those items take too long for the militia to manufacture alongside what they are making for Iran herself. These newest ones are full of features that previously were totally absent in them, and it makes them take longer to make. The remaining older ones are also lined up to shoot Israel with them again, if necessary.
But the little ones are pretty effective as well! Very cheap too. Very easy to launch. You probably paid more for that fancy dream bicycle that you bought, than you'd pay for a "358" that shot a $65 million device down in pitched dark just the other night, for the nth time. Hence the seeming move in the militia towards designing cheap little things that are effective, for the purpose of selling them alongside Iran's own defense. They can build thousands of them per day.
