I think they're discussing to build foundations in both countries of nuclear activities. Such activities have been announced by Iranians for at least a decade now. Iran first offered them to Arabs, and now is doing so to Latin Americans.  This is true. This agency, the IAEA, has proven to be just another Bitch of the USA these years. For decades, they pretended to have a mind of their own, hiding behind a set of rules and principles and offers of cooperation with countries of the world in matters of nuclear energy. But in the past 10 years or so they've really ruined their reputation. They've reduced themselves to a low rank functionary of some U.S. Nazi establishment that popped up one after the other in the past 20 years.
 IAEA is a joke. I've been waiting to see when Iran kicks them out, cause to this day they shamelessly come inside Iran's industries and inspect them under JCPOA agreement; i.e. the agreement they didn't honor!
 More importantly, don't let their pretense about effectiveness of nuclear weapons distract you from other better weapons that are actually for war time, and not just politics. Keep developing very effective bioweapons.
          

Ok. It is now evident that IAEA is busy taking Iran's enrichment matter to the Security Commission of the UN purely for political reasons.
Iran, today, as she claimed over and over she'd respond to that behavior, is now placing the machinery in order for enrichment above 60% :)
The moment IAEA makes a formal announcement of their vile act, Iran - it looks like - will begin enriching beyond 60%.
You blow your terms, Iran will blow hers. This was part of the agreement under JCPOA. So.. it's all legal as far as Iran is concerned.
If more trouble is made for Iran in this regard, after that measure, Iran may decide to revoke her membership in the NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty), after which everything nuclear done in Iran would become nobody else's business but the Iranians'. No inspections!
And if yet more trouble is made for Iran, then the Leader will revoke his own fatwa against nuclear weapons, and Iran (and all Moslems in principle) will openly begin building nukes.
These new enrichment tools are extremely efficient machines that Iran has locally developed and may soon utilize in the enrichment process. Almost two orders of magnitude faster than the ones Iran started the enrichment at, in the beginning years.
Super fast enrichment was secret work and classified information inside USA and everywhere else when I was in school. The texts as well as the professors in those fields would go around such subjects. Related papers didn't publicly publish. You could not study it in school. But Iranians developed all that tech by themselves in recent years and here they are now in full control of every section of nuclear fuel cycle.
You think any Bozo can disrupt that? This isn't done for show. It is absolutely necessary for Iran to make her own fuel in generating electric power. Trump wants to "force" (I really don't know how) Iran to buy the fuel from Americans.. Hehe :) "No", Iran says. And she adds, "Keep your Satan for your own Sheep to suck."
And Israel. God forbid, and I mean that, god forbid if they lift a finger aimed at damaging Iran's nuclear industries. Some Iranians (including Araghchi himself) say that will end Israel as an entity. Their "Samson Option" will not save them. Israel gets destroyed, Iran stays alive and functioning through and beyond it. Some other Iranians say Iran will only attack American military bases in response, and Israelis will stop attacking immediately after being left alone there, as it would be USA's decision to attack Iran via Israelis, and not Israelis' own decision.
I think both will happen. I think Israel pays a hefty price, its back breaks, and Jews will leave the region and never come back, and USA will be left with no military base close to Iran. These bases, each, only need one, or at most two tactical nukes to go up to Jesus to party. One to get rid of what's on the surface, and another to squish what's beneath. Easy job, really. Fast too! Takes only minutes for all 24 or so bases. Israel will take longer to get finished.
So, as I said over and over before, this will UNFORTUNATELY not happen.
What happens is this: Iran will move forward faster and faster than before! And there's not a damn thing Nazis can do about it. It's not their business. This is what's in the immediate and long term future.
There's a newer reality in that region today, and Nazis have difficulty forgetting the old, obsolete images still stuck inside their stupid heads. That's why they keep bullshitting for us.
There was a time, still in some old farts' memories, that Israel had something to offer to the region. Not anymore. See it, then shut up.
Not anymore! And not in any respect imaginable. Iranians don't need them. Turkey doesn't need them. Arabs will learn anything Iranians have achieved and will quickly catch up. There's no room left for Israelis in that region after mass murders began. No reasons left for them to be there. People do not want them there, and are waiting for first chances they get. They _will_ get those chances. And these "people" aren't even Iranians.
It's all Israelis' own doing. They can only exist at the level of tribes. Like in Syria. But not as a government. People do not want them there as a government.
