There is a created hype in Australia about the protests against the
Israeli invasion of Gaza.  It's pretty clear that some people,
somewhere have decided that this sympathy for Gazans and Palestinians
in general is problematic.  What is difficult to accept, is how our
respective governments seem unwilling to sympathise with those
objective to what is ostensibly something close to genocide.
