Court: Wayne LaPierre Banned from NRA For At Least 7 Years

He was determined to have been grossly abusing
the orgs funds for personal pleasures and glory.
Make anyone a 'god' and this sort of thing seems
to happen - and Wayne had really set himself up
as a 'god'. Screwing Ollie North was the final
power-grubbing move.
The org and its good work continues - but maybe now
the dues will go far more towards the civil rights
power-2-the-people goal.
And with the WokieLoon zombies wandering all
around you DO need 'power'.
Always use it WISELY.
Now I haven't sent them money for many years, ever
since Wayne got all weird, but they STILL send me
their mag every month - dunno why. Never was a
'life member' or anything.
And no, I don't need to spend $1600 bucks on a 5.27x28
cal rifle ... best to stick to the classics IMHO, not
some flash in the pan wildcat you won't be able to get
in five years. Would like to see more bolt action
carbines in 7x57 Mauser though ... a great classic
mid-power cartridge. OK, the 6.5 Swedish is pretty
much as good. Seems they had it pretty much figured
out in the latter 1800s/early 1900s and not THAT much
more 'great' in the 100 years after ....... hey,
it's a tube that pushes out a metal pellet, nothing
Star Wars .......
You can argue that last sentence, of course ...
