No one was killed in the bank robbery, scooter. Shots were fired, but no one was
hit. The sentence imposed was *solely* for the robbery, scooter. If you think
there was some other element to the sentencing, scooter, trot out your evidence.
But you don't have any and you never will.

That's not going to happen, scooter. You are not going to get the despotic state
that you want. You can move to North Korea if you want to live in a state that
summarily executes people for jaywalking, scooter.

*This* case, scooter ? the case of Robert Richardson detailed in the New York
Times (Gold Standard) story above. Richardson robbed a bank of $5,000. No one
was killed or even injured in the robbery and its aftermath.
>
And wouldn't you just know it? Richardson is a black man, and he was given a 60
year no-parole no-probation sentence in shithole Louisiana. And yes, a huge
majority of such sentences are imposed on black men in red shithole states.

Don't do the crime if you don't want the time.

If he didn't want the time, he should have taken the plea deal

Cite that there was a plea deal, scooter.

"In 1997 she and her husband Robert Richardson were convicted of a bank robbery in Louisiana. She got 13 years but was released after three and a half; Robert was dissuaded by his lawyer from taking a plea deal. He got 60 years."

I acknowledge your admission that you know next to nothing about the case, and as such your opinions on the subject are therefore of very little consequence.

Rudy, haven't you learned by now.. that I'm almost always right while you are almost never right?

No, scooter. You're the blind squirrel who found an acorn this time. I am your superior in every dimension, scooter.
Except I'm right and you're wrong, as even you had to admit.
