Sen. Dayna Polehanki, D-Livonia, introduced Senate Bill 1134 on Tuesday
to
ban
the sale, purchase, transfer, ownership, possession and transport of "a
deceptively colored firearm."

WTF is a "deceptively colored firearm"?
>
"Weapons: firearms; sale, manufacture, or possession of a firearm
disguised to resemble a toy"

If that were the case, they might have something, but from what I'm reading
it's anything that isn't basically black, brown, tan, or such like.
Now there have been rare cases of guns disguised to look like a toy, but
those have been highly rare. Further I believe that such firearms would fall
under the NFA act of 1934 as do cane guns, pen guns and other guns disguised
in such a manner as to conceal their nature.

A "deceptively colored firearm" is just to broad and arbitrary IMO.

If it is not one of the State Approved colors, it's a toy. Just ignore
the bright orange barrel tip.

Besides, they were the ones telling us that "black" guns were bad.
Well, you *did* see the "D" after her name, right?
