THAT is a lie.  Doing that requires far more resources than they have. 
They've been set quotas and the only way they can fill those quotas is to
grab anybody they can.

They are grabbing and detaining US citizens - Apaches and Puerto Ricans and
others.  No word yet if they've actually managed to deport citizens.
