FBI agents arrested Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan on charges of
obstruction after she allegedly interfered with a federal immigration
arrest operation. FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the arrest,
stating Judge Dugan misdirected agents from detaining Eduardo Flores
Ruiz, an undocumented migrant, after a court appearance April 18.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A former New Mexico judge and his wife were
arrested on Thursday, April 24, after federal law enforcement learned
that their tenant, who is an alleged Tren de Aragua gang member, was
arrested at the judge’s home. Former Doña Ana County Magistrate Joel
Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were taken into custody at a home on
North Reymond Street in Las Cruces, Jason T. Stevens, special agent in
charge for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) El Paso, said.
