 I wish I could say I was.  But IMHO any gains will be more than
consumed by our ever-increasing population.  Yes, I'm a Malthusian.
 
Short of building huge towers of nuclear illuminated hyrdoponics we can realistically increase the land area under agriculture.
And there are distinct signs that human nature is beginning to subconsciously decrease human populatins.
