Where are the peer-reviewed papers? All I see is posters and
presentations at Cold Fusion and Electric Universe conferences, plus
Tesla Tech, whose owner describes himself as "a publisher of extreme
science, alternative energy, health and medicine."
This appears to be pseudo-science, appealing to those who know a little
about physics, but incapable of explaining the difficult problems.
