In order to lower the overhead for switching to another block format, I
need to free up opcode space.
To free up opcode space, I need to compromise the instruction set
unacceptably.
So, although I won't take this projected iteration of Concertina II any
further, I've finally learned an important lesson from it - that this
represents a direction in which I should not go, because I will always
end up dissatisfied with the results.
