Examining documentation for TSO showed that it indeed ran on the Model
50 and Model 65, for example. But while it swapped programs between
memory and disk, it does not appear to have used the kludge I described;
it seems that instead, it simply ensured each program remained in a
fixed spot in memory during its run.
