There’s a bug with itimers in the release, giving “Wrong type argument,
numberp, nil” after startup with autosave; depends on one’s init file. I am
aware of it and am working on it. Henry S. Thompson offers the workaround of
starting with -vanilla and then loading the init file from the menu explicitly.
