Hello tinyloggers,

I think the recent changes are good for now:

* most important: international date format '## 2025-04-28 12:25 +0200'
  with offset instead of timezone abbreviation in entry title.
* mandatory title: '# My Tinylog'
* author remains optional but is very expected
* description, avatar and license remain optional
* optional @capsule.address addition to optional author name
* optional description to the emoji avatar
* mandatory link to original tinylog in optional reply line
* "RE:" in reply line is case insensitive

I'm not fully sure, but the "@" with the username is now mandatory I
believe. It's not explicitly mentioned, but used everywhere. This should
be clarified.

And a proposal from myself to finally delete the line forbidding blank
lines in the entry's content. Nobody obeys this part of the spec anyway.

Otherwise it's good in my opinion.
