Most people would use the standard command line
tools to do this (e.g. sort, uniq and diff).
I just tried again to check my sanity. And decided neither of us are crazy. It's sensitive to the number of primes you ask for.
$ ./Bonita 100 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 1000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 10000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 100000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 1000000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 10000000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
$ ./Bonita 100000000 Bonita.txt && grep -w 66049 Bonita.txt
