I'm not "finally admitting" anything. I don't know or care what you
mean by "rank" (it happens to be a technical term in the standard, but
that's clearly not what you meant).

Actually I can't quite see the purpose of this chart, why it has to be
so complicated (even with bits missing) or who it is for.
So you're wasting time arguing about something you don't even care
about. Consider not doing that anymore.
