how to promote call queue ?

i must say i find the call queue idea enough good to be
promoted.. the thing is i would like to see what it will
bring if introduced in many codes and second i i
would especially like to se how it will "gather" multithreading
world - and how well it will go
the question is hovever how to promote this? where to post it
etc to people realize it? i mean its not hard to understand it
and if some amount of people will understand it then some
should implement it and then use it and so on
but i got no idea how to promote it and probably (maybe) i would like..
