Could it be that your newsreader garbled that? Probably because
it doesn't expect or knows how to decode UTF-8 encoded Hebrew?
My newsreader can display it and text that contains this line
"רבבה that means 10000 with remotely similar word ארבעים"
is also identified as UTF-8.
If you can't read or display that two words; it's contains just
two Hebrew words with meaning as indicated by the posted context.
